NGTS is a highly advanced virtual training system offering Navy and Air Force pilots the ability to train in a mission setting. The Next Generation Threat System product is a continually evolving synthetic environment generator that supports multiple platform/services training, testing, analysis and research, and development.

MAG is looking for a Data Development Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist the Next Generation Threat System (NGTS) software development team in the creation of high-fidelity platform, sensor and weapons models to support warfighter training, platform testing, analysis and research and development.  The NGTS software is multi-service, government designed, government owned and managed software that models threat and friendly aircraft, ground units, space, surface and subsurface platforms, corresponding weapons and subsystems and their interactions in a realistic digital theater environment.  As a Data Development SME, you will apply tactical knowledge and use intelligence data to create representative behavioral models of both blue and red warfare systems, including complex surface-to-air missile systems, radars and jammer models, supporting the deployment of NGTS to multiple services.  The NGTS software allows the warfighter to execute advanced missions in a highly-complex, high-end and threat-dense environments, not possible in open-air ranges.  Thereby, delivering a vital capability to enable warfighters to experience and dominate today's threats by executing honed tactics, techniques, and procedures on a digital range.

The ideal candidate for this position will provide Low Observable (LO) airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Mission Planning and mission execution support to real-world operations, FTU training missions, exercises, and simulations. 

This exciting opportunity will  develop, prepare and certify mission plans for routine test, peacetime and wartime operations, training (aircraft and simulator), exercise, and routine planning/training.

If you have supported the LO weapon systems to include RQ-170, B-2, F-117, F-22, or equivalent DoD weapon system aircraft, you may be a candidate for this position.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Conduct real-time layered analysis of data from a variety of collection assets, delivers intelligence products during the execution of combat and sustainment operations. Conducts sensor control and will communicate that information to ground force commanders during the execution of decisive operations.  Consult with program engineers as required to plan and execute operations in a manner commensurate with operational capabilities. Understanding system operation and employment tactics, techniques, and procedures to optimize system employment. Provide support to management on an as required basis.

Ths opportuity will include testing software solutions, analyzing the needs of users, taking lead on software developments and documenting programs. This system provides threat intelligence in support of critical large-scale DoD exercises.

Evaluate technologies used on past programs, and establish new and innovative engineering strategies. Apply professional knowledge of physical and/or engineering sciences, project management and system/component testing. Identify issues and brief PM on possible courses of action and their impact. Secret clearance required.

MAG Aerospace is seeking a cleared Project Lead to support an Army Product Management Office on Ft Belvoir, VA. Subject matter expert for Test and Evaluation, and has the ability to lead test efforts on assigned programs with minimal oversight from the Government.

Position requires extensive knowledge and previous experience in Defense Acquisition Systems (non-IT) and Military Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). Secret clearance required.

Mag is looking for a Software Engineer you will design, develop, and evaluate code for real time modeling of environmental factors in a distributed battlespace simulation. This software is integrated into flight simulators to support pilot training against potential threats.  NGTS is a highly advanced virtual training system offering Navy and Air Force pilots the ability to train in a mission setting. You will be supporting the Global Reusable Interface Domain (GRID) team.

The Corporate Proposal Manager is responsible for managing MAG strategic bid and proposal (B&P) efforts.  The Corporate Proposal Manager will be responsible for preparing proposals, white papers, and briefings by determining concepts; gathering and formatting information; writing drafts; and obtaining submission approvals.

The Corporate Proposal Manager will be responsible for completion of all proposal and proposal related artifacts, i.e., planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordinating all elements of B&P support activity.

The Senior Technical Writer/Solutions Developer is responsible for researching and documenting internal information and to draft clear, concise, accurate, and compliant responses to Request for Information (RFI), Sources Sought, Market Survey and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. This role requires a collaborative team member who can work effectively across all levels of our organization.

The candidate must be able to proactively engage with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop innovative and realistic solutions and translate into written content that is technically accurate, understandable, and responsive to customer requirements. In addition, the candidate will work with our Proposal Operations Team to maintain a library of approved content and ensure that this content is updated on a continuous basis.
