Position Summary

MAG Aerospace is seeking a Lead Administrative Support Analyst to provide senior-level administrative support and expertise in support of an Army Project Office at Fort Belvoir, VA. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award, expected in late May 2025. The role is 100% onsite. Candidates may be required to complete pre-hire assessments evaluating cognitive, technical, and communication skills.

 

*An active DoD Secret Clearance is required*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides senior executive level secretarial and administrative support for the PM and others as necessary, including communications and human resources support
  • Handles sensitive or confidential information
  • Manages PM calendar using MS Outlook
  • Performs in a leadership role in providing administrative and general office support
  • Prepares a variety of documents, such as correspondence, forms, and spreadsheets, using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software
  • Advises writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and composition to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications
  • Trains lower-level administrative support analysts
  • Additional duties may apply

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Expert in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient with Defense Travel System
  • Proficient with SharePoint

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree and >5 years of relevant administrative support experience
    Or
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent and >10 years of relevant administrative support experience

Clearance

  • Active SECRET security clearance (verifiable in DISS)

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $90000 to $105000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
