Configuration management is a system engineering process for establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's performance, functional, and physical attributes with its requirements, design, and operational information throughout its life. Working closely with system managers, systems engineers, software developers, test engineers, quality manager, technical writers, and government representatives in a concurrent engineering environment. Coordinate, develop, and administer Configuration Management Plan. Maintain physical and functional configuration management over managed hardware and software systems with cyclic updates and version controls.

As a System Administrator, you play a critical role in maintaining an organization’s IT infrastructure. You ensure the smooth operation of servers, networks, and software applications. Your expertise keeps the digital wheels turning, allowing employees to work efficiently and securely.

Capable of creating programs, functions, and capabilities by writing code in a variety of computer languages including C#, C++, VS Code, PowerShell and Bash.  Experience with VB.NET and Python is very helpful. The developer can perform in a Development Operations environment (DEVOPS) and apply Agile methodology and configuration management principles under the direction of a software engineer or architect. Because the developer will work on DoD software, cyber certifications are required, including Security+, CISSP, or CASP+ and a Computing Environment (CE) certification, e.g. Microsoft Server or Redhat Linux. This Software Developer will directly support software activities with cutting-edge technology for our DOD customer, PEOC3T at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.

MAG Aerospace has an opportunity for a Test Support Technician in the Aviation Security Technology Industry. The Test Support Technician supports developmental test and evaluation tasks, including test set-up, execution, and data collection at the TSA System Integration Facility in Arlington Virginia. Supported activities include observation of corrective & preventive maintenance; installations, removals, and relocations; upgrades; and deliveries.
