The Field Service Representative (FSR) will provide maintenance, modification, launch and recovery activities
for rotary-wing and fixed-wing platforms. The FSR will ensure aircraft are in good condition and safe for flight.
MAG is searching for a highly qualified ASO to conduct real-time layered analysis of data from a variety of collection assets, delivers intelligence products during the execution of combat and sustainment operations. Conducts sensor control and will communicate that information to ground force commanders during the execution of decisive operations. Consult with program engineers as required to plan and execute operations in a manner commensurate with operational capabilities. Understanding system operation and employment tactics, techniques, and procedures to optimize system employment. Provide support to management on an as required basis.

Acts as a Mission Commander (MC) supporting program flight operations as an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Subject Matter Expert (SME) working in a small, close-knit crew environment providing expertise in support of mission requirements. Leverages their aviation and ISR experience and critical thinking skills to develop tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) to counter emerging threats. Coordinate with DoD entities and agencies to facilitate cutting-edge product development to ensure client capabilities meet current and future objectives. Shall have strong knowledge of ISR operations, air navigation, aircraft mission planning, and the key factors in aircraft survivability. Recent operational experience is a must. Must be comfortable with managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and possess the ability to complete assignments with little or no supervision. Demonstrate sound Crew Resource Management/Operational Risk Management (CRM/ORM) skills and airmanship.

The Liaison Officer (LNO) acts as the focal point for communications and coordination for the operational tasking of airborne intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions, representing the program to the control authorities (TACON/OPCON) and various customers throughout the USSOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). You will monitor asset status and provide support to the team from pre-departure through mission recovery for Contractor-Owned/Contractor-Operated (COCO) assets including the details of each mission in which our asset participates and any other assets operating in the same area; be familiar with AOR Special Instructions (SPINS) and appendices; review the Airspace Control Order (ACO), Air Tasking Order (ATO), RSTA Annex, and applicable country specific airspace management briefings; adhere to all safety & security policies and regulations. The LNO produces high-quality work that is accurate, anticipatory, thorough, & efficient.
MAG is hiring for a Fifth Generation Fighter (e.g. F-35, F-22) Functional Area Manager, Senior with current TOP SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility to provide knowledge-based services in support of A3T and Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) activities under Headquarters Air Combat Command (ACC), Directorate of Operations (A3), Flight Operations Division (A3T) at Langley Air Force Base, VA, that is responsible for the combat readiness and training of the Combat Air Forces (CAF).
This position will support the providing of operational expertise required to meet current and future needs of the CAF and develops, coordinates, and drafts command guidance for all aspects of CAF fighter aircrew training. This position also provides technical and subject matter expertise to develop and oversee policy for ACC flight operations, aircrew flying training, Distributed Mission Operations, and formal training programs.
The mission of the FSR/MEP technician is to provide 24/7 PME maintenance support to sustain 100% Fully Mission Capable (FMC) status and mission readiness to support ISR operations for the ATHENA-R Program. The MEP technician is responsible to configure and monitor the satellite hub operations to maintain connectivity and ensure continuous operational support. The MEP technician is responsible for ensuring 100% mission readiness for multiple ISR sensors to include but not limited to radar, ELINT, SIGINT, COMINT and BLoS systems. The MEP Technician must always ensure proper documentation of all aircraft PME maintenance and changes.
Acts as an Operational Specialist (OS) supporting program flight operations as an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Subject Matter Expert (SME) working in a small, close-knit crew environment providing expertise in support of mission requirements. Coordinate with DoD entities and agencies to facilitate cutting-edge product development to ensure client capabilities meet current and future objectives. Shall have strong knowledge of ISR operations, air navigation, aircraft mission planning, and the key factors in aircraft survivability. Recent operational experience is a must. Must be comfortable with managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and possess the ability to complete assignments with little or no supervision. Requires deployments up to four months in length to remote sites with austere conditions. Work will be in support of multiple Combatant Commands to include but not limited to EUCOM, Indo-PACOM and CENTCOM.
