Provide budgetary expertise for cost-cutting issues, asset marketability, program development, monetary fund management / benefit administration, equity monitoring, and originations. Prepare documentation in support of Milestone Decisions and reviews for the overall acquisition process and will assist program and product managers in developing obligation plans, P&R Forms, Weapon System Reviews, and Program Objective Memoranda.

Position requires extensive knowledge and previous experience in Defense Acquisition Systems (non-IT) and Military Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). Secret clearance required.

The PM will accomplish program objectives for development, production, and sustainment to meet the user’s operational needs. 

This role is accountable for credible cost, schedule, and performance reporting to the Milestone Decision Authority (MDA). 

The PM will also ensure the acquisition of program requirements and actions relating to Government/Contract property that are anticipated, addressed, and performed within and for their program overall project management and direction and implementing course corrections as needed.

Duties shall focus on project monitoring, control, team integration, change integration, and corrective action as required.​

MAG Aerospace is hiring for a Senior Lead Training Specialist who serves as the technical adviser/instructor/team leader applying an intensive practical knowledge of PEO C3T training devices, electronics, and networks to those who will be using and supporting such items.

This position leads the development of training materials and conducts classes in proper operation and maintenance procedures to PEO C3T programs and various agencies within the Department of Defense.

The Senior Lead Training Specialist will provide resident and on-site technical assistance and training (both platform and hands-on) in the operation and maintenance of assigned systems and associate items to gaining audits/installations in/from CONUS and OCONUS locations.
