MAG Aerospace is seeking a resourceful Mid Level ITprofessional to develop and maintain networks. They will monitor network performance, optimize server capacity, and secure networks and data. They also repair network errors at client locations and perform network upgrades. They will provide support for daily Information Systems operation, maintenance and administration of assigned networks.

MAG Aerospace is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to support the FP&A team’s internal and external reporting needs. This position reports to the Director of FP&A and will work closely with the Business Unit Finance teams, Accounting, and other cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. High proficiency in Excel is required for data models utilizing embedded queries in MAG’s budgeting and planning system, FocusPoint. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-visibility role, working directly with senior leadership, including the VP of Finance, Corporate Controller, and CFO in a collaborative environment. Strong communication skills are necessary for periodic interaction with senior leadership.

Hybrid Schedule - 4 days a week in office.

The Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide systems engineering, integration, and life cycle sustainment support for the procurement, modifications, and sustainment of a fleet of UAS consisting of Air Vehicles (AVs), Ground Control Stations (GCSs) and Ground Support Equipment (GSE).  The UAS Technical SME will directly support Government personnel,  providing technical oversight of UAS development, payload integration, testing, fielding, operation, and sustainment of Government-owned UASs.  

The Corporate Proposal Manager is responsible for managing MAG strategic bid and proposal (B&P) efforts.  The Corporate Proposal Manager will be responsible for preparing proposals, white papers, and briefings by determining concepts; gathering and formatting information; writing drafts; and obtaining submission approvals.

The Corporate Proposal Manager will be responsible for completion of all proposal and proposal related artifacts, i.e., planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordinating all elements of B&P support activity.

Seeking a Knowledge Manager to provide the PMO with KM/SharePoint Administrator support as part of daily operation and maintenance of the Navy Cyber Warfare Dev Group (NCWDG) Command's AIS classified and unclassified SharePoint sites, financial systems and databases. The Knowledge Manager shall provide the PMO with database engineering and web design expertise that will systematically create, share, and apply knowledge to better achieve Command objectives. The Knowledge Manager shall provide advice and recommended solutions on implementing knowledge share within the Command. The Knowledge Manager shall be familiar with financial database systems oriented towards the DoD acquisition process and comprised primarily of Microsoft SQL Server software. Position is located at Annapolis Junction, MD.

The Procurement Specialist oversees the requisition of goods and services for the company. Procurement buyers are responsible for the receipt of goods from the suppliers. They check the deliveries and ensure that all orders are complete and in good condition. They also handle the receipts and consolidate these for processing of payment.

MAG Aerospace is seeking to hire a Systems Engineer to support operations with WOLF (Webster Outlying Field) in St. Inigoes, Maryland!

The Systems Engineer is responsible for supporting the development, documentation, integration, and testing of SOF integrated base and mobile radio communication systems. Responsibilities encompass the development and analysis of system requirements, specification of development and test procedures, execution of system and subsystem integration and testing, creation of system and training documentation, and performing formal system acceptance testing.
