Under the supervision of the Site Manager, this position will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, for the purpose of ensuring organizational effectiveness and safety. The Front Office Administrative Assistant is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, front office supervision and office task delegation.  Position requires an energetic professional with experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks.  Must be well organized, flexible and have experience working in an environment of military and civilian personnel. The Front Office Administrative Assistant will work closely with Corporate HR and other corporate departments to ensure all deployers are properly trained and prepared for deployments to the Theater of Operations and ensure that all site personnel matters are responded to professionally and in compliance with the company protocol. Front Office Administrative Assistant will act as the OCONUS HR Manager and reports directly to the Forward Operations Lead. This is a fulltime OCONUS position.

MAG is seeking a Facility Security Officer (“FSO”) with Contractor Program Security Officer (“CPSO”) experience for its Lexington Park, Maryland location. The Facility Security Officer maintains the overall security program for cleared contractor facility to establish and maintain successful working relationships with government and internal customers. Prepare facility for Annual Security Inspections with DCSA. Track security clearance investigations and perform administrative support functions to include but not limited to Defense Information Security System (DISS) and National Background Investigation Services (NBIS). Provide security briefings, debriefings, and awareness training for site personnel. Process necessary badge requests for government facilities and outgoing visit requests and certifications. Prepare, issue, and maintain DD254s. Review of required forms, process, and screen of security forms (SF86, SF85) of various background investigations, and associated paperwork for accuracy Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed. Implement security policy and direction consistent with the company and government regulations. Provide answers and analyses to address questions and concerns from management. Coordinate the collection of electronic fingerprints and upload them into the SWFT database. Assist the Corporate FSO with tasks as required.  Perform COMSEC duties to include, but not limited to accountability, inventory, safeguarding, and hand receipt of COMSEC material to users.
