This position will lead the development of intelligent systems that transform multi-modal sensor data into actionable intelligence for tactical operations. You'll leverage COTS, FOSS/OSS, and custom development to build or integrate everything from edge computer vision to conversational AI assistants, while managing the data pipelines that feed these systems in the most challenging environments. While you'll have a core expertise in either data engineering or model development, you have a passion for mastering the full stack of AI systems.

This position will interface with the U.S. Army OCONUS SIGINT Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination team to validate data integrity and assist in troubleshooting application and network issues on the U.S. Army ground architecture network.

The Field Service Representative (FSR) will provide maintenance, modification, launch and recovery activities

MAG is searching for a highly qualified ASO to conduct real-time layered analysis of data from a variety of collection assets, delivers intelligence products during the execution of combat and sustainment operations. Conducts sensor control and will communicate that information to ground force commanders during the execution of decisive operations.  Consult with program engineers as required to plan and execute operations in a manner commensurate with operational capabilities. Understanding system operation and employment tactics, techniques, and procedures to optimize system employment. Provide support to management on an as required basis.

Acts as a Mission Commander (MC) supporting program flight operations as an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Subject Matter Expert (SME) working in a small, close-knit crew environment providing expertise in support of mission requirements. Leverages their aviation and ISR experience and critical thinking skills to develop tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) to counter emerging threats. Coordinate with DoD entities and agencies to facilitate cutting-edge product development to ensure client capabilities meet current and future objectives. Shall have strong knowledge of ISR operations, air navigation, aircraft mission planning, and the key factors in aircraft survivability. Recent operational experience is a must. Must be comfortable with managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and possess the ability to complete assignments with little or no supervision. Demonstrate sound Crew Resource Management/Operational Risk Management (CRM/ORM) skills and airmanship.

Seeking a highly motivated individual Document Controller to prepare, manage, and file documents for our Integrated Security Support Services Team. Provide security assistance to a Program Office. Our ideal candidate is a skilled problem solver and unafraid of challenges. MAG Aerospace is hiring an Integrated Logistics Specialist position which will provide technical support to the Navy Cyber Warfare Developmental Group (NCWDG). The Logistics Specialist will provide engineering, technical, logistics, configuration management and  Systems Operation Verification Test. The Logistics Specialist will provide assistance in direct support of contractual requirements.
