MAG Aerospace is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to support the FP&A team’s internal and external reporting needs. This position reports to the Director of FP&A and will work closely with the Business Unit Finance teams, Accounting, and other cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. High proficiency in Excel is required for data models utilizing embedded queries in MAG’s budgeting and planning system, FocusPoint. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-visibility role, working directly with senior leadership, including the VP of Finance, Corporate Controller, and CFO in a collaborative environment. Strong communication skills are necessary for periodic interaction with senior leadership.

Hybrid Schedule - 4 days a week in office.

MAG Aerospace is looking for a Full Time Access Control Receptionist to work full-time Monday-Friday from 8am - 4pm shift. The Access Control Receptionist will provide support for access control including personnel identification, badging, and visitor notifications.  Primary responsibilities  include:  100% check of all visitor badges; package inspections; monitoring of designated areas; and detecting and reporting violations.

We are seeking a resourceful Junior Executive Administrator (EA) to support a dynamic front office and Leadership team for a Program Office (PMA) at NAS Patuxent River. The role is on-site every day of the work week.  The EA will provide general administrative support, respond to information requests, and perform clerical tasks such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. The position supports the PMA Government Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager at NAVAIR in Lexington Park, MD, as well as providing general administrative support to the Operations team.

MAG is looking to fill a critical role for a Pricing Analyst at our company headquarters in Fairfax, VA. This position will report directly to our Pricing Director and be responsible for preparing timely, accurate, and compliant cost proposals.

The Pricing Analyst will collaborate closely with multiple MAG personnel and possible Sub/Prime Contractor finance elements while generating pricing/cost narratives in our proposal response to Government Solicitations/Contracts. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of proposal pricing within the DoD and related market segments, with sharp attention to detail and a keen awareness of current market conditions.

Seeking a highly motivated Security Administrative Assistant with expertise in maintaining the DoN PAR process for a Program Office. You must excel at efficiently managing and entering PAR/PIA data into government security systems. Your experience includes tracking submitted PARS and providing timely status updates upon request, preparing visit certifications, and entering data in BASIC. Additionally, you are well-equipped to provide security support during testing and demonstrations. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest level of security and confidentiality in all aspects of your work. In this position, you will be part of a MAG Engineering Team that creates test plans, procedures, and executes test events on numerous SATCOM software-centric systems for a large Army program. Additional duties will include troubleshooting issues to determine root cause analysis and produce recommended courses of action for remediation. Daily customer interaction within government facilities will be typical.

As a Software Automation Test Engineer, you will support the Wideband Control Integration Test Division at Tobyhanna Army Depot ensuring the reliability and functionality by identifying issues before the software reaches end-users.
