The PM is required to provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the TO, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall TO performance. The PM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the TO, including both technical issues and business processes. In this position, you will be responsible for safe aircraft operation which includes but is not limited to maintaining diligent lookout and listening doctrine with available sensors, radios, and other ground control station equipment; following air traffic control clearances; maintaining safe and positive control of the air vehicle during all phases of flight; taking appropriate actions during emergencies; operating sensors onboard aircraft; assisting Mission Commander and Mission Coordinator with flight mission planning and briefings as directed; computing takeoff/landing data via standard operating procedures; as well as utilizing checklists and other standardized manuals.

The successful candidate is familiar with FAA, EASA, and other relevant industry regulations. Understands safety protocols, risk management, and accident prevention programs. Must have excellent communication skills to foster effective communication with internal stakeholders and customers. Ensure adherence to the programs Statement of Work (SOW) to provide data-driven metrics for decision making and progress tracking. The candidate will have experience in creating detailed budgets considering labor, materials, and other direct costs. Monitors program costs throughout the lifecycle to identify potential costs overruns or savings opportunities. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential risks and potential impact on the safety of OCONUS and CONUS sites. Develops proactive risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Collaborates with stakeholders to implement risk management controls.
