MAG Aerospace is seeking a skilled Computer, Network, & AV/VTC Field Service Technician to provide support to a high-visibility Naval Air Warfare Center project supporting the Air Force Special Operations Command in the Ft. Walton Beach, FL region.
This role focuses on the implementation, sustainment, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, audio/visual, and video teleconferencing systems across multiple DoD sites.
*This is a Field Service position. You will work on various sites as needed almost daily within the Ft. Walton Beach/Destin, FL region.*

Installation Technician will be required to perform server installations, NIC card swaps, fiber installation, cable tracing, BNC connection terminations as well as dressing cable and wire management. Responsibilities will also include but are not limited to initial server configurations (ILO/Idrac initial setup), install and secure transmission and switching equipment, assist in mounting, leveling and aligning equipment bays and/or cabinets as well as make Cat6 cables when needed. Technician will also be required to remove all decommissioned or malfunctioning servers and/or transmission equipment and prepare for shipment. Lastly, the technician will be responsible for troubleshooting customer lab issues at the request of management.

This Program Analyst will function as a CSS Deputy IPTL for a Level 2 IPT Lead supporting Capability Development for new sensors/payloads for a UAS program.
