Position Summary

 

MAG is searching for 2 OCONUS Intelligence Targeting Analyst. In this role You will support a high-priority Special Operations mission in Mexico City, Mexico, using intelligence, joint fires, and operational effects to inform operational planning and decision-making. This full-time OCONUS position is contingent on contract award and has an expected start date of October 1, 2026.

The role requires an active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance and work in a secure facility.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Leverage serialized and un-serialized intelligence reporting to identify targets of interest.
  • Use JWICS tools, intelligence reporting, and open-source intelligence to develop targets, build patterns of life, and identify associates of specified targets.
  • Build targeting baseball cards to communicate findings to senior leaders.
  • Translate intelligence gaps into collection requirements for ISR platforms.
  • Develop correspondence and documentation, including position papers, reports, and briefings, that support the targeting process.
  • Manage and leverage classified information, materials, and databases.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience where applicable.
  • Five or more years of experience supporting joint targeting or joint fires planning.
  • Five or more years of Special Operations targeting experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full targeting cycle to achieve lethal and non-lethal operational effects.
  • Experience supporting strategic and operational planning within Joint or Special Operations environments.
  • Extensive experience using intelligence systems and databases on JWICS for target development and intelligence analysis.
  • Current, active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Ability to work rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in support of 24/7 operations.
  • Must be proficient in using different technologies such as computers and other tools and systems pertinent to the position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting USSOCOM, TSOCs, SMUs, or Joint Interagency Task Forces.
  • Graduation from Joint Targeting School, Advanced Target Development courses, or equivalent military targeting programs.
  • Experience integrating intelligence, operations, and fires to support time-sensitive targeting.
  • Strong written and verbal briefing skills, including experience presenting to senior military and government leadership.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a high-tempo operational environment.

Travel And Work Environment

  • Up to 10% TDY travel by motor vehicle and/or air may be required, including overnight stays. Travel may include El Paso, Texas; Colorado Springs, Colorado; the National Capital Region; Mexico City, Mexico; and Tucson, Arizona.
  • An active passport is required to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements.
  • Work is performed in a secure facility where personal electronic devices, including Bluetooth- or Wi-Fi-enabled devices, may be restricted.
  • The role includes desk-based computer work, travel between company offices, customer sites, and government installations, and occasional extended work hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • You will communicate with team members, customers, and stakeholders verbally and in writing while managing competing priorities, deadlines, and dynamic problem-solving situation

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80500 to $149500 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
