MAG is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aircraft Mission Equipment Package (MEP) Integrator is responsible for the life cycle sustainment of MEPs for multiple aircraft platforms.  Responsible for quality inspections, documentation, inventory, and repair/refurbishment of kits.  Ensures suitability, timeliness, and accuracy of scheduled inspections and maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate discrepancies in all MEPs, then implement corrective actions
  • Evaluate and improve technical and logistics solutions in the acquisition, modification, and sustainment of MEPs
  • Instruct aircraft technicians on proper installation and repair of MEPs
  • Manage a Quality Assurance program
  • Obtain quotes, procure, receive, tag, and track incoming and outgoing MEPs material
  • Ensure documentation and drawings are up-to-date and included with MEPs

Knowledge and Skills

  • Minimum 13 years’ experience in maintenance and inspection of rotary-wing aircraft
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Quality Assurance inspector

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma with formal military or industry aircraft maintenance training/certification
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a technical discipline

 Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance

  • Secret
  • A&P certificate preferred

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80500 to $149500 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
