ISSJ Sr./ Expert Counterintelligence Analysts

The ISSJ Expert Counterintelligence (CI) Analysts serves to strengthen CI posture, ensure intelligence oversight compliance, and deliver timely, decision-quality CI products. You'll lead cross-community coordination, synthesize large data sets, de-conflict reporting, and independently produce multimedia and written CI assessments at the operational and strategic levels. You will manage CI source data, support asset validation, and advise commanders on signature-reduction standards, risks, and appropriate application.

(U) Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Provide timely, cogent, and relevant advice to improve the CI posture of supported activities, ensure intelligence oversight compliance, and accurately document and report CI indicators or concerns.
• Coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, de-conflict information of value between sections, and independently
  produce reports.
• Research, create, develop, and deliver professional multi-media, written reports, and CI products at the operational and strategic levels utilizing multiple CI and HUMINT reporting tools; receive Contact, Lead, and Intelligence Information Reports, participate in reviews, and respond with corrective measures as necessary.
• Manage source data information within the Integrated Defense Source Registration System as well as participate in Asset Validation Panels and provide accurate, in-depth CI reviews of all
  active assets.
• Develop all-source association matrices on individuals of CI interest. CI Analysts will maintain familiarity with signature reduction training standards and processes, assist the command in determining the appropriate use of signature reduction techniques, and ensure all standards are met before signature reduction techniques are applied
• Clearance Required: An Active DoD TS/SCI

Minimum Requirements

(U) Knowledge and Skills

• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience performing counterintelligence related operations while serving in a Joint Special Operations Task Force, Inter-agency Task Force, National Intelligence Agency, Law Enforcement Agency, Joint CI Activity, or Combatant Command.
• No less than eight (8) years of operational analysis experience in their analytical field. Five (5) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of special operations and combat overseas tours with a SMU and or SOF in an operational environment providing a direct analysis support function is highly desired.
• Understand the F3EAD targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in product
• Advanced skill sets with the HUMINT Operations Cycle, CI Support to HUMINT Operations, Asset Risk Assessment System (ARMS), Operational Risk Management Process, and Patterns of Life Analysis and one or more of the following areas: Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, SIGINT Targeting, Convergence Analysis, and Intelligence training.
• Employed their expert knowledge and understanding of CI theory, doctrine, rules, laws, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to full spectrum CI operations.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80500 to $149500 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
