Position Summary

MAG Aerospace is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry level Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build expertise in wireless communications and radio network infrastructure. As an entry-level engineer, you’ll assist in the development, testing, and fielding of systems that enable radio frequency surveying, signals collection, direction finding and electromagnetic attack and protection operations.  Under the mentorship and guidance from experienced engineers, you will gain hands-on experience with next-generation spectrum warfare systems and military technologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior engineers on integration and testing of Terrestrial Layer System platforms
  • Document network configurations and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in site surveys and assist with equipment installation
  • Participate in field exercises and data collection to validate system performance
  • Stay updated on industry standards and emerging technologies
  • Maintains flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs and may be assigned additional duties as required to support mission objectives

Requirements

  • Clearance: Secret
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or relating field
  • Basic understanding of wireless communication principles and RF Propagation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to travel and work in field environments

 

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required.

The position is contingent upon candidate’s ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements.

 

The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $100,000.

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $100,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
