MAG Aerospace is seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Officer to oversee the day-to-day operations, scheduling and resource coordination for the EMS Techniques Arsenal effort. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys cross-functional collaboration and excels at keeping complex programs running smoothly. You will ensure that execution aligns with strategic goals while supporting the programmatic side of our initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily execution of EMS Techniques Arsenal activities, ensuring timelines deliverables and resources are aligned.
  • Coordinate calendars, staffing and logistics across multiple teams and partner organization for soldier touch points, demonstrations and experimentation events.
  • Chair regular meetings including the EMS Techniques Arsenal Executive CCB; prepare agendas, track action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
  • Collaborate with and work across partner organizations including ARAT, C5ISR Center, 11th Cyber Battalion, Army Cyber Command, RF Data Pilot, ACM EW, JEACO and JATO.
  • Assist in creating, updating, coordinating and staffing documents, plans and reports
  • Review program documents for consistency of schedules, test strategy, force level interoperability requirements
  • Participate in IPTs, provides support in preparing briefing packages for presentation to high level leadership

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Min 10 years of progressive experience in management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development or related systems analysis.
  • Proven experience in program coordination, operations management or project execution.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable leading meetings and driving cross -team collaboration
  • Familiarity with EMS
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Project management tools.

 

Clearance:

  • Active Secret

 

Experience and Education:

  • Min 10 years of progressive experience in management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development or related systems analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree - 4 years experience may be substituted for Bachelors degree.

 

Preferred:  

  • Prior experience in a defense contractor environment or military acquisition program office.

 

Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to work within office/field/lab environments.
  • Ability to support up to 15% travel required to Army and contractor locations within CONUS and OCONUS.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $0 to $175000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
