We are growing our recruiting team and looking for the next rock-star Recruiter to join the MAG family. The Recruiter will be working Full Life Cycle Recruiting and expanding on solid relationships that have allowed MAG to be so successful.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and program leadership to develop targeted recruiting strategies for active and contingent opportunities.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for positions requiring security clearances (Secret, TS/SCI, Polygraph).
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from requisition intake to offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Leverage ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals to identify high-caliber cleared candidates.
  • Maintain compliance with OFCCP, EEOC, and contract-specific hiring requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and mission-critical roles.
  •  Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s culture and career opportunities at networking events, job fairs, and within clearance communities.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in the GovCon or defense industry.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for cleared roles (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, Polygraph).
  • Deep knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community hiring requirements and labor categories.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and passive candidate engagement.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

 

Preferred:

  • Active secret security clearance.
  • Experience supporting proposals and rapid fill positions for contract transitions.
  • Understanding of Service Contract Act (SCA) and DoD labor category mapping.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $70,000 to $120,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
