MAG is seeking a Systems Administrator who will provide technical expertise and operational support to PaM Electronic Warfare Integration. This role is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliability and security of Programs of Record and associated systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. System Administration:
• Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications.
• Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups.
2. Security and Compliance:
• Ensure systems are compliant with applicable security frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, RMF).
• Conduct vulnerability scans and implement remediation measures using approved Army 100ls (ACAS/Nessus, SwAT).
• Manage user access controls, permissions, and account provisioning.
3. Incident Response and Troubleshooting:
• Respond to and resolve system and network incidents in a timely manner.
• Document incidents, root cause analyses, and resolutions.
• Provide technical support to PaM EWI Cybersecurity staff.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
• Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Generate reports security compliance, and incident resolution.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity, software development, engineering, and project management.
• Communicate technical issues and solutions effectivoly to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements: MUST HAVE
Proficioney in operating systems such as Windows, Linux.
Experionce with virtualization and containorization.
Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST 800-53.
RME, FedRAMP.]
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Minimum 1 year experience.

Education and Certification Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
