Position Summary

MAG currently has an opening for a Technical Staff III, to support the Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) Project Office (PO) and PEO AVN Enterprise.  This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to help support a family of Small Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (SUAS), Future Tactical Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (FTUAS), Gray Eagle, One System Remote Video Terminal (OSRVT), Launched Effects (LE), and Uncrewed Vehicle Control (UVC). In addition, the UAS PO manages initiatives ranging from new technological insertions to new UAS to legacy UAS and UAS sub-systems.  In this mission, we provide engineering and technical services with operational support located in Huntsville Alabama, Redstone Arsenal.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • The Technical Specialist Works to perform detailed information search, correlation, interpretation of technical data and the preparation of technical documentation.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with different scopes and timelines.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and manage cyber training scenarios effectively, both independently and in a team environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in planning and managing cyber security training events within the DoD community.

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or related discipline, or the minimum experience.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $70000 to $130000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
