Position Summary

MAG Aerospace is seeking to hire a Lead Administrative Assistant to provide technical support for the Navy Cyber Warfare Developmental Group (NCWDG).   The Administrative Assistant has the primary responsibility for providing administrative support to MAG Enterprise Support and/or Business Unit staff. This role will include performing routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to: 

  • Develop and maintain calendars and schedules of Command senior personnel
  • Utilize the Defense Travel System (DTS)
  • Perform administrative and office support for the Command
  • Prepare general Navy correspondence (write-ups, instructions, monthly reports, etc.)
  • Provide security escort services for visitors
  • Maintain the organization's documents, records, and files

Requirements

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in military, DoD, or intelligence office administration consisting of daily management of multiple calendars
  • Administrative proficiency with DTS at numerous levels/permissions
  • Must have solid knowledge of MS Office software
  • The ideal candidate is hard working, extremely organized, detail-oriented, personable, and can multi-task to accomplish assignments in a timely manner.

      

Education:

  • High School diploma or GED

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Current and Active Top-Secret Clearance required at the time of hire
  • Possess eligibility for access to be upgraded to a TS/SCI soon upon hire
  • Be able to successfully pass a Counterintelligence polygraph examination in the future
  • Possess an investigation that is current within 6 years
  • Personnel who are enrolled in CE will also be eligible
  • Must be a US Citizen

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48750 to $81250 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
