Installation Technician will be required to perform server installations, NIC card swaps, fiber installation, cable tracing, BNC connection terminations as well as dressing cable and wire management. Responsibilities will also include but are not limited to initial server configurations (ILO/Idrac initial setup), install and secure transmission and switching equipment, assist in mounting, leveling and aligning equipment bays and/or cabinets as well as make Cat6 cables when needed. Technician will also be required to remove all decommissioned or malfunctioning servers and/or transmission equipment and prepare for shipment. Lastly, the technician will be responsible for troubleshooting customer lab issues at the request of management.
Duties include, but not limited to:

Responsible for troubleshooting overall customer lab issues at the request of management
Must be able to read, understand and follow standard and office drawings, product documentation, and AT&T Technical Requirements documentation
Provide Weekly Activity Reports to management for incorporation into monthly deliverables to the customer
