Position Summary

 

MAG Aerospace is seeking a multi-skilled Inventory Support Specialist to join our team on an ad hoc, temporary basis.  Inventory Support Specialist will assist Project Manager Cyber and Space (PM C&S) in executing inventory activities for GFP and non-GFP hosted in one of their contractor buildings located at APG, MD.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Assist PM C&S logistics team with GFP property storage and handling procedures for equipment issue and turn-in.
  • Execute inventory actions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and applicable Army regulations.
  • Work with logistics management software to track inventory activities (e.g., APPEAR Logistics Management System and other Enterprise Resource Planning tools).
  • Perform inspection of equipment and update inventory lists using Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong knowledge of GFP property storage and handling procedures.
  • Knowledge and experience managing, organizing, and tracking inventory.
  • Experience with APPEAR Logistics Management System.
  • Expert level with Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules in support of short term inventory effort.
  • Must possess strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Clearance

  • Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent  

Other Qualifications

  • Ability to move and lift 20 lbs.
  • Ability to work in office/warehouse environments

The projected compensation range for this position is $44.00 to $55.00/hourly (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
