MAG Aerospace is looking for an Junior Program Data Analyst to serve as the PMA-273 Readiness cell analyst. PMA-273 manages logistics and maintenance functions for USN and USAF training aircraft. Readiness cell analyst will ensure program leadership is informed of aircraft maintenance status and track Engineering Change Proposal and Technical Directive status.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

 

  • Support the Program Office logistics organization in the gathering and correlation of information for the preparation and development of presentations to support team meetings, management reviews, logistics team reviews, audits and other requests for presentation/briefing information. 
  • Create and provide analytical analysis using Deckplate, Tableau, Power BI, and OOMA Adhocs 
  • Coordinate with appropriate LEMs to ensure all Product Support impacts involving Maintenance Planning, Technical Data, Supply and Technical Directives are identified  
  • Provide inputs and assist with drafting, routing and approval of Engineering Change Proposals 4130 packages and Technical Directives utilizing ECM. 
  • Track ECPs from approval to final implementation on all changes to Airframe or end item and ensure accuracy of all logistics data and Baseline WUCs. 
  • Track and develop bills of material and procurement lists to determine appropriate sparing of components. 
  • Interface with program stakeholders within the program office, outside vendors, and Fleet Support Team representatives. 

 

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

 

Knowledge and Skills

 

The required skills and knowledge include: 

  • Knowledge in Aviation Maintenance experience knowledge of USN maintenance procedures and programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products. 
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in logistics support or maintenance, including at least one (1) year of specific experience in logistics planning.
  • Working knowledge of Deckplate, Tableau, Power BI, or OOMA Adhocs 

 

Education

The minimum level of education required is:

  • BS or BA degree from an accredited institution or pursuing a degree. 

 

Clearance

  • Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance. 
  • Candidate must be a US citizen.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55000 to $60000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
