The B-200 Program Manager is the spearhead for the program. This person assumes full responsibility for the oversight of personnel and for the successful performance and the detailed technical management of the Contractor’s team. Must have intimate working knowledge of ISR deployment capabilities OCONUS in Colombia. This individual serves as a point of contact for the Government customer, the Prime, Government Flight Representative, MAG’s senior management, other program contractors and the contract’s other Key Personnel. The Program Manager directly contributes to program efforts in several areas including: cost management, hiring and onboarding, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities.
