Position Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Security Administrative Assistant with expertise in maintaining the DoN PAR process for a Program Office. You must excel at efficiently managing and entering PAR/PIA data into government security systems. Your experience includes tracking submitted PARS and providing timely status updates upon request, preparing visit certifications, and entering data in BASIC. Additionally, you are well-equipped to provide security support during testing and demonstrations. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest level of security and confidentiality in all aspects of your work. Due to high level of security, there is no hybrid nor remote option.

**MUST be US Citizen and hold an active Top Secret security clearance**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

 

    • Maintain DoN PAR process for Program Office
    • Enter PAR/PIA data into government security systems
    • Track submitted PARS and provide status upon request
    • Prepare visit certifications
    • Enter data in BASIC
    • Provide security support during testing and demonstrations
    • Provide security assistance to a Program Office

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

 

Knowledge and Skills

The required skills and knowledge include:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experienced with computers, printers, scanners
  • Must attend CDSC training courses in derivative classification, PII marking, marking classifications, SAP overview, annual cyber awareness, OPSEC
  • Government contracting experience

 

The minimum years of related experience required:

  • 4 years security experience in a DoD Environment

 

Education

The minimum level of education required is:

  • High school diploma

 

Desired Requirements

 

The desired skills, knowledge, and education include:

  • 2 years of SAP experience
  • Ideal candidate is a skilled problem solver and unafraid of challenges

 

Other Qualifications

 

Outside of the above, other certifications, licenses, or clearances include:

  • Must have a Final DoD Top Secret security clearance.
  • Must have SSBI/T5/T5R.
  • Must be SCI eligible.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75000 to $80000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
