Seeking a highly motivated individual Document Controller to prepare, manage, and file documents for our Integrated Security Support Services Team. Provide security assistance to a Program Office. Our ideal candidate is a skilled problem solver and unafraid of challenges. The document control officer will be responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. They control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments.

 

The ideal candidate must hold a current active Final DoD Top Secret security clearance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Populate automated document/media control tracing database
  • Receive and control incoming materials and media
  • Transmit data IAW DoD/Don policy, SCG, SOPs
  • Store and track data
  • Keep receipts/logs
  • Act as courier
  • Develop coversheets
  • Coordinate sanitization and destruction of materials and media
  • Archive data, documents, and media
  • Provide inventory reports
  • Operate secure communications equipment
  • Maintain Media Control plan
  • Provide security support during testing and demonstrations
  • Provide visitor escort.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

 

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experienced with computers, printers, scanners
    • Must attend CDSC training courses in derivative classification, PII marking, marking classifications, SAP overview, annual cyber awareness, OPSEC
    • 4 years security experience in a DoD environment

     

    Education

    • High school diploma

     

    Desired Requirements

    • 2 years of SAP experience
    • DoD experience

     

    Clearance

    • DoD Active Top Secret security clearance

     

    Other Qualifications

    • Must have a Final DoD Top Secret security clearance.
    • Must have SSBI/T5/T5R.
    • Must be SCI eligible.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $65000 to $68000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
