MAG Aerospace is seeking to hire a Software Engineering Project Manager in APG, MD at the C5ISR Worldwide-defense-system Integration, Prototyping, and Security facility.
In this role, you will rely upon your background in software/data engineering and expertise in project management. You will lead complex projects in a highly specialized and regulated environment to deliver cutting edge technology-based products that meet demand.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Pro-actively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines, quality, or scope, and develop contingency plans as necessary
Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, promoting collaboration, communication, and a positive work environment in a highly regulated environment
Track project progress, regularly report on key metrics and milestones to stakeholders, and ensure transparency and alignment throughout the organization
