Acts as a Mission Commander (MC) supporting program flight operations as an Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Subject Matter Expert (SME) working in a small, close-knit crew environment providing expertise in support of mission requirements. Leverages their aviation and ISR experience and critical thinking skills to develop tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) to counter emerging threats. Coordinate with DoD entities and agencies to facilitate cutting-edge product development to ensure client capabilities meet current and future objectives. Shall have strong knowledge of ISR operations, air navigation, aircraft mission planning, and the key factors in aircraft survivability. Recent operational experience is a must. Must be comfortable with managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and possess the ability to complete assignments with little or no supervision. Demonstrate sound Crew Resource Management/Operational Risk Management (CRM/ORM) skills and airmanship.

MAG is searching for a highly qualified, part time/on call ASO to conduct real-time layered analysis of data from a variety of collection assets, delivers intelligence products during the execution of combat and sustainment operations. Conducts sensor control and will communicate that information to ground force commanders during the execution of decisive operations.  Consult with program engineers as required to plan and execute operations in a manner commensurate with operational capabilities. Understanding system operation and employment tactics, techniques, and procedures to optimize system employment. Provide support to management on an as required basis.

MAG Aerospace is seeking a skilled Computer, Network, & AV/VTC Field Service Technician to provide support to a high-visibility Naval Air Warfare Center project supporting the Air Force Special Operations Command in the Ft. Walton Beach, FL region.

This role focuses on the implementation, sustainment, and maintenance of computer systems, networks, audio/visual, and video teleconferencing systems across multiple DoD sites.

*This is a Field Service position. You will work on various sites as needed almost daily within the Ft. Walton Beach/Destin, FL region.*
**Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.**

Installation Technician will be required to perform server installations, NIC card swaps, fiber installation, cable tracing, BNC connection terminations as well as dressing cable and wire management.  Responsibilities will also include but are not limited to initial server configurations (ILO/Idrac initial setup), install and secure transmission and switching equipment, assist in mounting, leveling and aligning equipment bays and/or cabinets as well as make Cat6 cables when needed.  Technician will also be required to remove all decommissioned or malfunctioning servers and/or transmission equipment and prepare for shipment.  Lastly, the technician will be responsible for troubleshooting customer lab issues at the request of management.

This exciting opportunity will  develop, prepare and certify mission plans for routine test, peacetime and wartime operations, training (aircraft and simulator), exercise, and routine planning/training.
