RS3 Operations Research Analyst III

MAG currently has an opening for a Operations Research Analyst III to support the Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) Project Office (PO) and PEO AVN Enterprise. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to help support a family of Small Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (SUAS), Future Tactical Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (FTUAS), Gray Eagle, One System Remote Video Terminal (OSRVT), Launched Effects (LE), and Uncrewed Vehicle Control (UVC). In addition, the UAS PO manages initiatives ranging from new technological insertions to new UAS to legacy UAS and UAS sub-systems.  In this mission, we provide engineering and technical services with operational support located in Huntsville Alabama, Redstone Arsenal.

The Technical Staff II is responsible for formulation of the opinions, decisions and ultimate performance of the task specified in the statement of work.

Minimum Requirements

• Requires experience and the ability to perform detailed and complex calculations plus knowledge of practices/principles necessary to assess advanced systems concepts, assess specifications and perform system integration.
• The senior person must have a minimum of 5 years of task related experience.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and manage cyber training scenarios effectively, both independently and in a team environment, with minimal supervision.
• Experience in planning and managing cyber security training events within the DoD community. Minimum 5 years experience. 

Education:

• Show completion of a full 4 year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelors or higher degree appropriate to the field of expertise, acquisition, logistics, business or management.

*Three additional years of task related experience (a total of eleven years ) may be used in lieu of a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $70000 to $130000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
